Conventional Process

  • STEP 01Uncoil

    Process for loading the coil onto the line

  • STEP 02Pre-treatment

    Removes various contaminants and improves adhesion and corrosion resistance through chemical treatment

  • STEP 03Coating

    Apply adhesive on the top surface and paint on the bottom surface / Repeat for top and bottom

  • STEP 04Oven Curing

    High-temperature curing of top and bottom surfaces
    Cannot laminate top and bottom simultaneously, repeated process
    Excess CO2 emission and internal dust/carbon can affect quality

    Chemical treatment repeated 2~3 times

  • STEP 09Lamination

    Laminating PVC or PET film on one side

  • STEP 10Cutting

    Cutting the product into sheet form

Operating 24 hours for drying (solvent ↑)
Pollutant treatment process (RTO equipment etc.)
